class
the movie was about the main character making a bunch of articles that was UN true and they was trying to figure out if he was lying or not and why he was lying. and so they had fired him because he lied so much about stuff in all the magazines he had wrote. i liked the movie a lot it was different and interesting it shows what you can and can not do.
the class was kinda fun i just didn't like how we did the same stuff as broadcast. i learned new things and i like the stories that we wrote.some times i wised we did different things becuase it was kind of boring at times

stop the abortion
When you see children from the age of 10 to in there teen (high school) having kids left to right. It makes you think where the parents are at. Who has taught their child about the responsibility of having a child? That you have to grown up fast and no longer can just run out the door and hang out with your friends and say I’ll be back. Many students or young people from a small age seem to fail in realizing this. Being a mother is a wonderful thing but not when you’re still a kid you’re self. You should have fun and be a kid as long as possible and enjoy it while you can.
The way girls today think of having a baby. And the way there mind set is make it really scary. They only think of it as the baby when it first come out and how cute the baby is and how adorable the baby is but what they fail to realized is that after that baby is done being cute and everyone oohhing and awing. You’re going to have the responsibility of taking care of it and half of your friends are not going to want to sit there and be in a house while you’re changing diapers, they’re going to want to go outside and enjoy the weather especially if it’s a nice sunny day outside. So what do most girls do once people scare them into reality they turn and get an abortion?
You would think that since it cost from a range of $225 to $575 for an abortion in the first trimester. Which many teen or even anyone will not want to get it especially since money can be tight and there are a lot of unemployed people. But once again that seem to not to be a concern, and they go through with the procedure of this horrible process. And the next day they may have a few miner pains but it’s almost as if nothing happened and they go on about their day.
The key point is that when you’re young stay young as possible and enjoy your life each step you can take. You’re not going to want to have a child at a young age or have the thought of how you killed an innocent child who was giving a chance at life because you wanted to make a grown up choice and have to live with it. Think of it this way if you do deiced that you’re ready to make that choice in your life do have an abortion. Give it up for adoption or keep it. If you can have a chance at life, so should that baby.

faced with Alzheimer’s
Losing a family is one of the hardest things you can ever live with. But what happens when your love one is dealing with Alzheimer’s and they no longer remember you anymore. Only because there lost in their mind and there no way to escape. You’re no longer Christina, Tiffany or Tiarra you’re just a blur or a person standing there. Deep down inside you wish that there was more that you can do but you sit there and watch as this deadly disease swallow whole the one you care about the most.
I remember a time when I lived in Detroit. I would go over my great grandma house and me and my mom would sit there with my grandma and laugh. Gerlene would tell me how she would chase my mom and all my aunties and uncles around with her cane. We only have vivid memories of her being so active. With time where she would go out and get her nails done every Wednesday, drive her car around with my grandpa and give me birthday kisses and give me presents for every birthday that I had. She never would miss one
Sometimes I regret not calling her because you never knew when she would leave us or how this disease would take her away. About 7 months ago my grandma stayed in a wonderful house and lived her life with my grandpa. It was like they would do everything together. As you get older you always think about being with someone who complimented you. When you have a down fail they can complete it and make it work and vise versus. And I can say they was a perfect example of that.
My mom would try and hide the fact that my grandma was getting very old and was having symptoms from Alzheimer’s. One thing my mom was good at was telling us the truth about what was happening but she would re word it so it didn’t seem as harsh as it may have seemed. In reality I knew what was really happening and it was affecting her really fast. What I knew was she soon no longer would remember me and no longer will call me itty bitty because I would no longer exist in her mind.
Things my mom would say to me is: “even though she may have this disease and it is affecting the whole family because we see our love one slowly leave this earth and watch as her mind leaves her. We should still remember what she was like before this, yes it’s a really said thing to see buts its life”. That would always give me courage and hope that maybe just maybe, one day there would be a cure and that she would be fine.
Before she had this disease she was a beatify person, still is. She would sit with me and we would watch the cooking show and even try and make recipes together. All theses memory would never go away like how she received the name grandma with the bananas. I thought me moving to Minnesota would change our relationship dramatically but it didn’t. When we moved and got settled in she would make her daily rounds and call I would be last and I loved it. She would always ask so have you been watching the cooking show and I would always respond with a “of course grandma”. We would sit for hours and watch and laugh. And I enjoyed every moment of it.
I always thought that she would be fine because my grandpa would always take care of her no matter what. She needed something he was there, he was there to remind her to take her medication, cook her food, and sit in the nail shop to get her nails done. She wanted she got it. So everything was perfect until about a year ago when we found out my grandpa was diagnosed with cancer that was spreading though his body.
No one wanted to really believe what was happening. We just prayed that maybe just maybe it was a misunderstanding. But sad to say it was true. The doctor told the family that he had only a couple of months left. But as strong as he is, i knew he would last longer than a month. Sad to say my grandpa died a couple months later.
You can see how my grandma whole attitude change and I even heard her say “if he is no longer here I don’t want to live anymore” I knew that I could not live without my grandpa and grandma. It may be selfish but they mean the world to me. Soon after he left us it was like her Alzheimer’s had gotten worse. When I called I would have to let her know numerous times that she was talking to me and not my sister or even my mom. When I would ask her question like when did she pass her driving test or if she had passed the first time she would forget that she was talking to me and nod. Only thing I could do was say I love you and hope that she could hear me and hang up.
Every time I talk to my mom about my grandma she says “it will be ok” yes I know it would be ok but I wish that she would have to suffer. She have very little independents and she a feisty little women and would try and do everything that she can do all on her on even if she can’t she would try and do it. There have been times where she had to go to the hospital because she has fallen. Or couldn’t breathe and had to be hospitalized. I just hope that we don’t get a phone call and the doctor saying that she is no l longer with us.
Things have been ok for now. Sometime I think that since she think that we know that she have Alzheimer’s she make the disease worse then what it is. She is doing better but I wish that she didn’t have to deal with it or even my family. I never would guess in a million year that anything would happen to our family. People always say that they would do this or do that if they were faced with this type of situation. But in reality no one knows how they would react to something until they was faced with it. My advice would be that if your having a love one go through Alzheimer’s try and be there for them they might not know that it’s you but maybe just maybe there something in there mind that know that it’s you that was there and telling them how much you love there and cherish them.

prom stressed teenagers
As prom rapidly approaches on May 28, 2011 at the international market square, more and more high school students start to become more stressed out. They’re afraid that prom is coming to faster and there is not enough time to get everything ready and be satisfied.
"The fact that everyone seems to have a date and to be in a group”, said Nadia “is just one of the few things that are making the end of their high school year a little bit stress full”. Even though you have to run around with you head cut off like a chicken it’s really worth getting all done up and looking pretty for that one special night”.
"Finding things that match up with your prom date and what colors look good" said Netta, “seems to be one of the few things that guys and girl have to deal with”. “No one wants to go around and look like they did a rush job in getting everything ready and set for prom”, “Most people want to go all out”.
Prom is a very exciting moment. There are girls who have been dreaming for this day to come, but yet when it finally approaches there so stressed out that they don’t want to enjoy the moments of getting everything ready. Previous girls who have already went to prom and are going again know what going on but, the stress still continue. Maybe it’s because they want the second prom to be bigger and better then the first prom they previously went to.
"Even though you get one prom night or maybe even two to three its best to make that night very special”, said Tiffany, “I didn't go to my prom and I regret it, I think every senior should go to prom just because it’s your last year to actually get all done up and party all night with your close friends”. “Especially before you all part away and go do different things with your life”, “I mean you have the senior party but I'm pretty sure it’s nothing like prom".
Things that girls have said and even guys that can cause less stress as you get ready for prom is: plan ahead as much as possible, Choose who you and your date are going with to prom, get a good group of friends to be a part of the memorable event, make sure to have a safe transportation to and from the different event locations for the evening, And be wise when choosing after-party locations, you also know how you want your hair and makeup done, to put less stress on you plan ahead to make a appointment for what hair style, make-up and nail. That way you have half your problems taken care of. “The prom dress is what can call all the stress. Start looking at dresses and check out how much they cost. The Accessories is what you would want to choose next. Choose your accessories that will compliment your dress, The Pre-Prom Dinner, Decide where you and your friends want to eat dinner prior to the prom and lastly which is what most teens forget the most is Transportation. Decide how you are going to travel to the prom”. These were all tips that previous girls who have been to prom have said. As it seems the more planned you is the less stress you are.
As you can see you might get stressed out but at the end of the day it’s all worth taken that little extra step for prom or even getting a little stressed out to make that day a special as it can be.
